Fire up the grill and grab your best summer produce for these tasty grilled peach pizzas! Not only are we grilling the pizza, but the peaches too. Top it all off with spicy arugula and sweet balsamic glaze for the perfect summer pizza!
Guys, we are halfway through August. HOW?! I just can’t handle the summer flying by. There’s still so many summery things I want to do… and summery foods I want to eat.
Back to school “season” is in full swing…. and I’m resisting the urge to buy school supplies. I’ve been out of school for 7 years (whaaaa?!) now, but I still find myself wanting to go back-to-school shopping. Anyone else feel this way? I can’t be the only one!
Ok, let’s focus on the fact that it is still summer and fresh peaches are still around.
Grilled peach pizzas make the best summer meal. Grilled pizza topped with grilled peaches, mozzarella, and goat cheese… um, yes please. Finish all that off with arugula and balsamic glaze and you’re going to be in pizza heaven!
I shared this recipe over on sofabfood, so head on over there to check it out! ?
Have a great week, friends!
Woah! This is the first time I have seen a peach pizza. Peaches are my favorite and I am excited to try this.
Thanks Sheila!

Thank you, Debbie.

The dough should be soft, but not sticky. Form it into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes.
