You don’t have to be gluten-free in order to use my recipes!
When I started this blog, I was unaware of my gluten intolerance, but I have been forced to adapt to a new lifestyle! My blog is, and always will be about making delicious food look great, as well as adding my own twist on traditional recipes. I like to create new, trendy recipes, but I also love the classic, tried and true recipes. None of that has changed!
I’m gluten-free because I have to be, and I want show you that gluten-free does not mean flavorless, boring food! It looks great, tastes great, and if I didn’t tell you it was gluten-free, you probably wouldn’t know the difference!
You’ll find a lot of my recipes are naturally gluten-free. That means it’s a recipe that I didn’t have to swap out any gluten-containing ingredients in order to make it gluten-free. There are some recipes that I’ve altered to make gluten-free and in that case I’ve included substitutions if you don’t need it to be gluten-free! So, you can still enjoy all of my recipes 🙂
